Voilà donc les photos et vidéo des 14 voitures a être passée avec succès sur le Dyno pour cet évènement.
mais suite à un soucis technique il nous manque 1 vidéo (la 65' de Valentin)
si l'un d'entre vous a enregistré le run final de cette voiture, contactez moi ... ce serait sympa (d'avance merci)

les puissances annoncées ici sont des puissances "Moteur", puissances enregistrées lors du 3ème passage sur les rouleaux
le premier étant destiné à la synchronisation du banc avec les tours moteurs du véhicule
et le second pour le calcul des pertes (liées aux divers éléments de la transmission de puissance à la roue) 

Les étrangers arrivés la veille ont été nombreux à rester à proximité après l'Open Day et le cruising ...
(ils étaient nombreux à camper dans les pelouses du zoning)

Ce jour fût aussi l'occasion de discussions au coin du banc ...
et pour certains absents la veille de découvrir les lieux avant de prendre la route pour l'European Bug-In qui démarrait le lendemain
Dyno Don Chamberlain nous a fait le plaisir de venir animer quelques runs
il était en route pour l'European Bug-In avec d'autres légendes de la VW venus spécialement des USA pour l'occasion ... 
Bref, une seconde journée remplie de VW, de bruit, de chevaux et de soleil Walifornien ...

If any of you have caught the final run of this car on tape, please contact me ... it would be nice (thanks in advance)

The announced hp figures are engine horsepower (not wheel horsepower). They are recorded during the 3rd run on the rollers,
as the first one is made to match the roller speed with the engine speed,
and the second one to calculate the transmission losses.

The many foreigners who arrived the day before spent the night close to the shop after the Open Day and the cruising ...
(Many were camping in the various lawns of the industrial estate)

The day was also the perfect opportunity to discuss with friends at the corner of the bench ...
and for the ones who were not present the previous day to discover the area before hitting the road for the European Bug-In that started the day after
Dyno Don Chamberlain even made a surprise appearance and commented a few runs
He was on the way to the European Bug-In with other VW legends, that took the plane from the USA especially for the occasion ...
In short, a second full day of VW's, noise, horsepower and Walifornian sun ...

Malgré de nombreuses tentatives,
un soucis technique (interférence entre le banc et l'injection?) sur la 77' de seb' (1955cc injection Turbo)
nous a empêché d'achever un run vraiment concluant ... c'est certainement le seul mécontent de ce dynoDay ;-)

 

Despite numerous attempts,
a technical problem (interference between the bench and the ECU?) on Seb's '77 (fuel injected 1955cc turbo)

prevented us to make a nice clean run with his car ... he's probably the only disappointed guy of the DynoDay ;-)
